Responsibilities:
Strong communication skills required Handle appointment scheduling and administrative tasks Proficient in MS Office applications Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Flexibility to manage both front and back office duties Highly organized individuals with exceptional attention to detail Requirements:
Excellent data entry skills 1 year of administrative experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to manage multiple phone lines and appointments Comfortable collecting payments in a courteous manner Additional Information:
Flexible working hours, including Mondays and Wednesdays until 7:
30 pm, Fridays until 1 pm, and 2 Saturdays per month Benefits include free monthly massage therapy, family chiropractic care, and retirement account Health insurance not provided, but family chiropractic care offered at no cost Interested applicants must submit a cover letter.
