Responsible for management and completion of the Business Office tasks for assigned Gardant Management Solutions communities.
Will provide vacancy coverage, support with onboarding and training, and oversight of Business Office Manager policies and procedures.
Candidate will need to be proficient in t he business office functions including but not limited to monthly reporting, accounts payable processing, accounts receivable management, maximizing SNAP revenue, assisting residents with Medicaid program, and account reconciliations.
Will work closely with the community staff and Gardant Operations and Accounting departments.
Frequent travel and overnight stays required.
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or an Associate's Degree with three years of experience in the long term care field with Medicaid experience.
Additional requirements:
professional behavior, excellent organizational skills, communication skills both verbal and written, excellent computer skills with current Microsoft Office products, and accounting software.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
