including assisting with planning, organizing, developing, implementing, and coordinating all aspects of human resources for Gardant managed communities.
Responsible for providing public information, such as verifying employment.
Responsible for assisting BOMs with processing all new employee paperwork; including entering all data into the HRIS system, verifying tax forms and I-9 documentation, processing and verifying all direct deposit requests and financial institution information, and maintaining an employee database of personal information.
Responsible for administering classification programs, including classifying all positions, and writing and editing job descriptions in accordance with Department of Labor and FLSA standards.
Responsible for managing Worker's Compensation Insurance Policy; including tracking all employee work injuries, receiving all employee incidents and injuries, maintaining an updated OSHA log, reporting all claims actively managing open claims, providing all information for annual audits, and reviewing potential insurance carriers to maintain the lowest attainable premiums.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
General knowledge of the principles and practices of Human Resources administration; ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with other management staff, employees, and the public; ability to presents facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form; strong computer skills, in addition to the ability to troubleshoot and assist staff at the sites with the ATS/HRIS systems.
Education and
Experience:
A high school diploma is required, some college education preferred.
