Bourbonnais Terrace is a Specialized Mental Health and Rehab Facility (SMHRF), providing care to the non-aggressive (adult) mentally ill/behavior health population.
Located in a quiet suburban neighborhood with a leadership team that has been her for many years.

In our center the Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) is also referred to as the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Director.
The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Director is responsible for developing, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating clinical services for the center.
This population includes the mentally ill and dually diagnosed patients.
Your responsibilities will include individual and group psychotherapy programs and substance abuse services to adult residents with histories of supporting diagnosis.
You will manage and direct a team to achieve our overall clinical behavioral initiatives.

What we need from you:
Master's Degree (or above) in Mental Health related field and 3 years of experience, with a minimum of at least 2 years of supervisory experience Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)Excellent communication and relationship building skills are a mustElectronic medical records experience is helpful (Point Click Care or PCC is ideal) If you are looking for an opportunity that provides satisfaction and personal growth, we encourage you to apply.
