Responsibilities:
Leadership:
Oversee day-to-day operations and provide leadership to the dispensary team.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to all state and local regulations governing the sale and distribution of cannabis products.
Take responsibility for maintaining compliance records and addressing any issues promptly.
Security and Safety:
Implement and enforce security protocols to safeguard the dispensary's assets, staff, and customers.
Inventory Management:
Supervise inventory control procedures, including tracking product levels, restocking, and conducting regular audits.
Collaborate with the inventory team to optimize stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
Training and Development:
Provide training to staff on compliance, product knowledge, and customer service.
Foster ongoing professional development for the team to enhance overall performance.
Customer Service:
Ensure a positive and customer-focused experience for all dispensary visitors.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements:
Previous Cannabis experience is preferred but not required Strong knowledge of Illinois cannabis regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
